The comic strip has been published since April 2024. But the character was actually born 10 years before that. In this PDF you get to see all the old Space Deer comics that eventually lead to the Space Deer of today.

A very worthwhile look back at the colorful, cute and sometimes surreal roots of Space Deer.
A great collection which also includes some nice reflections on the developments of an artist. These old pages really display Jonas's way with colors. Altogether, they amount to a cosmic feast for the eyes!
This was a nice look at history and behind the scenes of my favorite little comic going right now. I wholeheartedly reccomend this to people new to space deer, or people following him for a while.
(Side note: I hope that ancient space deer and new space deer can one day meet, because considering how both are so different, and they come from what looks like different worlds, I like to believe that there's two different little space deers roaming the vast universe, separated, but united in a same goal)
